The Vice President of Business Development is primarily responsible for successfully driving new client business. This critical role is the primary owner of all lead generation, pipeline development, and ultimate sales conversion activities. Targets include a combination of targeted new label sales, inside sales, and strategic alliances. This critical role will develop and execute a strategic business plan to meet or exceed established sales goals. Business Development personnel are responsible for meeting annual sales and activity quotas and are eligible to participate in the company's business development commission plan. Salary Range The salary range for this role reflects the range of factors that inform case-by-case compensation decisions including education, experience, training, licensure, certification, and geography as well as the business and organizational needs specific to the role. Compensation ranges may be broad, reflecting flexibility within the budget and title to consider candidates of varied experience. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000. This role is additionally eligible for Incentive Compensation in the form of our Sales Commission Policy. #LI-REMOTE
