Overview

The Operations Support Coordinator will provide support to the claims operations document preparation and data entry processes. They will be responsible for opening, sorting, prepping and scanning correspondence and claims mail in preparation for vertex (data entry). They will also be responsible for prepping referrals and purging aged documents.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Proficiency with PC/Windows.

  • Effective organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to prioritize and complete work accordingly to the service legal agreements outlined in the department.

  • Ability to assume responsibility, work independently and maintain confidentiality.

  • Willingness to work in a fast paced, ever changing work environment.

  • Proven examples of displaying the Nova values: Passionate, Caring, Respectful, Trustworthy, Collaborative and Accountable.

Essential Accountabilities
    • Data Entry

      • Perform data entry of pertinent documents, including scanned and paper claims, referrals, correspondence and other documents as required, and maintain performance levels within departmental standards.

    • Document Preparation

      • Assist in the preparation of claims and other pertinent documents in support of the data entry process. Provides support to all claims imaging/scanning and/or filing functions as required, and works within departmental targets.

    Hiring Compensation Range: $18 hourly

    Compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, location and experience.

    In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits and generous paid time off. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
