Chicago - Structured Transactions Midlevel or Senior Associate

Seeking tohire highly qualified midlevel or senior associates (JD 2022 or moresenior) with law firm experience andexcellent academic credentials to join our structured transactions practicegroup. The successful applicant must possess corporate and/or financetransactions experience (background in structured finance and securitization ispreferred). Also, RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience is highly preferred, butnot required. This position can also be located in our NY or Washington,DC offices.
