Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and supporting global operations. Unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where expertise in data analysis and developing financial insights will be instrumental in shaping the future success of the division. Partner closely with senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations based on comprehensive financial analysis. The successful candidate will have a collaborative approach to coaching peers to enhance their financial acumen and developing employees to elevate the performance of the team.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Work Functions:

Strategic Decision Support:

    Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights that guide strategic decision-making.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.

Reporting & Data Analysis:

  • Develop and utilize advanced analytical tools and financial data to produce superior analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports to key stakeholders.

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

  • Lead the 5-year strategic financial modeling, annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the division by working closely with key departmental leaders to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Monitor performance against plans and provide regular updates.

Business Partnering:

  • Act as a trusted financial advisor to division leadership teams and key business partner to the General Manager by guiding financial decisions, demonstrating the ability to connect key pieces of data to predict future needs and have a systematic approach to proactively solving problems.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships to drive financial and operational performance.
  • Work closely with division leadership team to develop capital expenditure plans that align with strategic initiatives and oversee capital spending to ensure alignment with targeted financial performance.
  • Act as the primary support for North America business and will provide support as needed to global locations.

Risk Management:

  • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Implement best practices in financial controls and compliance.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals, fostering their growth and development within the organization



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in leading teams and financial analysis.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of successfully partnering with senior leadership.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The expected annual salary for this position is between $160,185.00 and $215,854.00 and will be eligible for incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
