Mechatronics Technician

Join a leading company specializing in Motion Control products and work in a state-of-the-art facility. The Mechatronics Technician will play a key role in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and repair of drive actuators, ensuring customer satisfaction through Service Excellence. This position is a 1st Shift opportunity offering a competitive salary of $75,000-$90,000, along with industry-leading benefits.

• Provide hands-on support with electro-mechanical assembly and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot and repair drive actuators and related electromechanical components/assemblies.
• Diagnose field issues and assist customers in identifying root causes of disruptions.

• Engage directly with customers to address technical issues and provide resolutions.
• Document field installations, repairs, and provide training to customers for diagnostic procedures.
• Upgrade customer equipment at field locations as needed.

• Review customer field data to identify trends and communicate findings to assembly and engineering teams.
• Provide real-time feedback for process and design enhancements to improve field performance and yield.

• Maintain tools, diagnostic equipment, and lab consumables.
• Document repair activities and maintain compliance with company standards.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Skilled in soldering (per IPC-610), wiring, crimping, and using hand/power tools.
• Experience with diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, and power supplies.

• Strong understanding of robotic control systems and programming (preferred).
• Familiarity with electromechanical assembly and testing processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer use.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Required: Hands-on experience with Servomotors and electro-mechanical systems.
• Preferred: Experience with robotic control systems and advanced diagnostic tools.
