Position Overview

Provide telehealth therapy and support services for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team while delivering services remotely via secure platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or group therapy via telehealth
• Complete assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing documentation
• Offer case management and community support, as needed
• Assist clients in developing coping strategies, wellness routines, and supportive connections
• Collaborate virtually with clinicians, nurses, healthcare providers, DCFS, law enforcement, and community partners
• Participate in remote team meetings and clinical case staffings

Education and Experience

• Master's degree in counseling and guidance, social work, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, or family therapy is required
• Possess the education/experience to be able to function as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional), with the ability to obtain certification or licensure within 2 years are required
• The ability to function as LPHA (with credentials as a LCPC or LCSW), and previous experience working with the target populations, are highly recommended.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000 - $75,000, based on experience and licensure
