Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? The Chief Legal and Administrative Office (CLAO) is expanding our privacy risk management team to include a Senior Manager, Privacy Risk. Our team ensures that RBC's US Business Segments are equipped to meet all business and regulatory requirements and client expectations in relation to Privacy Risk Management. The Senior Manager, Privacy Risk will be an integral part in strategically planning, overseeing, and managing complex enterprise-wide initiatives as part of RBC's ongoing plan to improve governance across our RBC US Business Segments. In this role you will oversee the implementation of privacy procedures and controls for RBC's US Wealth Management (USWM) and Capital Markets (USCM) business segments. The Privacy Senior Manager will be instrumental in operationalizing a true Three Lines of Defense (3LOD) privacy risk management model to protect client and employee personal information and bolster RBC's well-earned reputation as a trusted, world-class financial institution. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
