| Chapman and Cutler LLP is seeking a motivated Human Resources Project Coordinator to join the Human Resources Department in the Chicago office. The Human Resources Project Coordinator provides strategic coordination and project management related administration of firmwide tasks and initiatives within the Human Resources cabinet of functional responsibilities (Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, HRIS, Benefits and Wellness, Engagement and Retention, Training, Compliance and Risk Management) while supporting the day-to-day operations in addition to seasonal and annual Human Resources and Benefits and Wellness related projects and initiatives. 
 The day-to-day responsibilities of the Human Resources Project Coordinator will include:

 Annual Performance Evaluation Process

 Ensures firmwide compliance in accordance with federal, state, and local employment requirements, e.g., Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, Form I-9 and e-Verify, and affirmative action programsCoordinates information gathering, submission and completion of internal and external data requests and surveys/audits
 
 In addition, the Human Resources Project Coordinator aids in developing and maintaining Human Resources departmental best practices and assists with managing revisions and updates to handbooks/manuals and orientation materials while performing other duties as assigned.
 
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
 
 Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or an Associate's Degree. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of prior experience in Human Resources, preferably in a professional environment; preference given to those with prior law firm experience.
