Vendor Specialists will be responsible for assisting the Vendor Manager with regards to single family homes (1-4 units), Real Estate Owned (REO) and custodial properties. Vendor Specialists must ensure that vendors are qualified and able to conduct and submit inspections and other property-related work on time, to client specifications, and efficiently. Vendor Specialist's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Experience: * Excellent communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and a demonstrated ability to communicate professionally in verbal and written forms and instant messaging environment with teammates Must pass pre-employment screening and undergo government suitability investigation. 3+ years of vendor management / recruitment experience in a similar work environment (government contractor) or real estate industry.
