Finishers / Builders (Finish Carpenters) 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Location: West Milwaukee Pay: $17-$20/hour (based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking motivated and dependable Finishers/Builders (Finish Carpenters) to support the assembly and finishing of enclosure products. This role involves installing components such as louvers, doors, and silencers while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to specifications. Key Responsibilities Mount and install louvers, doors, and silencers on enclosure units Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and placement Measure materials accurately using a tape measure Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete construction and finishing tasks Follow production schedules and meet daily output expectations Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors Qualifications Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools Ability to read and understand blueprints Ability to accurately read a tape measure Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and punctuality-must be able to work scheduled shifts consistently Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively Work Environment Manufacturing/production setting Use of hand and power tools Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
