Job Summary

The Senior Customer Base Marketing Specialist's objective is to support B2B marketing activities targeted to existing Optimum Business customers with the goal of increasing revenue, retaining customers, and promoting loyalty. This role will be responsible for managing targeted marketing campaigns that focus on upgrade and upsell opportunities.

This will include overseeing creative development, campaign timelines, review and approval for tactics such as email, social media, and other content and digital marketing initiatives.

This role will report to the B2B Marketing Manager and work closely with key contacts in Offer Strategy, Creative Services, Data & Analytics, and Legal to develop and launch related marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

*Support marketing campaigns for existing B2B customer base to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.
*Oversee development of marketing tactics from concept to execution for organic and paid media.
*Work with internal and external creative agencies for creative development and with external vendors on email deployments and direct mail execution.
*Proof creative for informational accuracy, consistency, and communication effectiveness
*Monitor campaign results and recommend enhancements to maximize results.
*Assist with marketing plans to help with long-term growth and improved customer survivability.
*Interface daily with cross functional teams including Offer Strategy, Data & Analytics, and Legal teams for B2B Customer Base marketing needs.

Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
*Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a marketing or account management role, preferably B2B experience
*Integrated marketing or advertising experience with knowledge of creative development preferred
*Experience interfacing with internal and external creative agencies/vendors
*Strong project management skills with proven track record of successfully leading all aspects of projects, from ideation to execution
*Upbeat, energetic and enthusiastic person with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that challenges the status quo
*Creative, flexible, and innovative team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
*Ability to react and adapt to fast-changing business environment
*Must be able to follow through on assignments with a sense of accountability
*Experience in telecommunications a big plus!

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $77,112.00-$126,684.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
