This leader will oversee the overall operations of Mercy Hospice, including clinical quality, financial performance, compliance, safety, growth, and administrative functions, while ensuring our teams have the support and resources they need to provide exceptional care. This is an opportunity for a leader who understands hospice, but also knows how to build strong teams, improve processes, partner with physicians and community providers, and think strategically about the future.
