Project Control Engineer (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)

Job Title: Project Control Engineer (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)

Job Duties: Manage prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders for heavy civil highway and bridge construction projects, including design-build and public private partnership (P3) projects. Analyzes project activities, factoring achieved performance in relation to new economic targets to anticipate recurrent forecasts. Provides data for monthly reporting to project managers and construction managers. Assists project managers and AFC managers with financial decision making by providing analyses on the project performance trends. Monitors projects during execution by analyzing the achieved results and comparing them with budget to identify potential, major variances. Collaborates with others preparing the bid reorganization, the budget and the forecast for the project in accordance with the agreed WBS/WBE. Participates in cost analysis simulation backed by empirical data that aims at improving production and reducing risk contributing to the overall project success. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Site: Charlotte, NC.

Travel: Position is for roving employee who will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. according to business need. Less than 10 percent of time spent travelling to project sites and company offices throughout the US. Relocation may be required.
