Marketing Onboarding Specialist

• Serve as the main coordinator for vendor onboarding activities within the Navy's Marketplace domain, guiding vendors through the IAP submission and assessment process.
• Provide clear instructions and support to vendors regarding required documentation, timelines, and process steps for Marketplace participation.
• Review submitted IAPs for completeness and compliance with minimum requirements; coordinate with internal teams for product verification and scheduling of capability demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress, vendor communications, and documentation status.
• Collaborate with the Vendor Engagement Team to address vendor questions, provide contract assistance, and manage membership within the Marketplace.
• Interface with the Storefront Team to ensure successful listing of validated products and user access for vendors.
• Participate in feedback collection and process improvement initiatives to enhance the onboarding experience for Navy vendors.
• Support training and communication efforts to ensure vendors understand the onboarding process and requirements.

• US citizenship and an active secret clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain one.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in process coordination, vendor management, or onboarding roles (preferably in government or defense acquisition environments).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply onboarding procedures and documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with Navy acquisition or contracting processes is a plus but not required.
