Now Hiring: Electro-Mechanical Assembler Location: Franklin, MA Pay Rate: $25.00-$27.00/hour Schedule: 1st Shift Put your electro-mechanical assembly experience to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment where precision, quality, and technical skill matter. We're seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler with a strong background in electrical and mechanical assembly. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required and must be verifiable. 2-5 years of manufacturing experience with electrical and mechanical assemblies. Ability to read assembly procedures, engineering drawings, schematics, and bills of material (BOM). Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards. J-STD-001 experience is a plus. Hand soldering experience preferred. Experience using hand tools, torque tools, soldering equipment, measuring tools, and basic shop math. Job Duties Assemble and install electronic and mechanical components according to technical specifications. Complete manufacturing tasks using engineering notes, work instructions, drawings, and schematics. Perform electro-mechanical assembly with accuracy and a strong sense of urgency. Maintain complete and accurate cGMP documentation. Plan work assignments to meet production schedules and quality goals. Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow all safety procedures.
