Competitive Pay Entry-level: $14-$15/hour Candidates with forklift experience: $16-$18/hour Starting pay is based on experience, with opportunities for wage growth as skills and responsibilities increase. On-the-job forklift training is available. Work Schedule Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM Four 10-hour shifts Occasional overtime available on Fridays No weekends What Makes You Successful Active listening and attention to detail Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and organizational skills Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to helping others About The Role As our Warehouse Assistant, you'll help ensure materials are available for our machine operators, maintain organized inventory, and support inbound and outbound shipments. Job Responsibilities Load and unload trucks Support shipping and receiving activities Move material loads throughout the warehouse Process and track inventory Verify labels and shipment accuracy Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized warehouse Operate and maintain forklifts Qualifications & Physical Requirements High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
