  Craft the Narrative: Write, edit, and launch engaging workforce communications, including our signature weekly eNewsletter, Monday Minute.

  Executive Ghostwriting: Draft regular columns, strategic announcements, and high-impact messaging for our CEO and leadership team.

  Strategic Change Campaigns: Partner with cross-functional project teams to map out and execute communication plans that guide employees smoothly through company updates.

  Culture & Celebration: Lead messaging for major appreciation events (One Mosaic Day, DSP Recognition Week, Nurses Week) and support executive event planning.

  Empower the Field: Equip local operations managers with plug-and-play templates and messaging guides to help them communicate seamlessly with local teams.

Location: Remote (Greater Omaha, NE Area Preferred)

Work Model: Primarily Remote with Occasional In-Person Collaboration in Omaha, NE

  Purpose-Driven: You bring empathy, authenticity, and a genuine passion for advocating for and serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

  Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  Experience: 3+ years of communications experience. (Experience in internal comms, executive messaging, or change management is a major plus!)

  Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.
