Position Summary Serve as the Urea Subject Matter Expert (SME) within Process Engineering, providing specialized technical leadership for complex engineering challenges. Develop and recommend practical, efficient, and cost-effective solutions that meet project objectives. Apply extensive knowledge of current engineering principles, industry practices, and Urea process technology to support high-quality project execution. Key Responsibilities Provide Urea process SME support for a revamp project during Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), using the licensor's Process Design Package (PDP) as the technical basis. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline from an accredited four-year program. Experience * Minimum of 12 years of engineering experience, including substantial experience with Urea process technology and the development or review of licensor-based engineering deliverables. Collaboration and Communication * Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively within a small, high-caliber team operating with visibility to senior stakeholders. Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines, teams, customers, licensors, suppliers, and contractors.
