Good luck, and thank you again for applying! Job Summary This management role is a new, strategic position with a significant impact on commercial success for our company. As consumers and customers embrace omni-channel interactions and transactions, Char-Broil is establishing an Omni-channel team and expertise to raise our effectiveness in the marketplace. The Manager-Channel Marketing will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to define the channel strategy, tactics, and execution for North America Commercial Operations. This role will bring functional expertise to the broader organization to optimize portfolio and go-to-market decisions. Duties and Responsibilities * Develop channel strategies with Sales and Marketing * Define best practices with pricing, promotions, and other trade tactics * Leverage digital and eCommerce insights to grow sales agnostic to channel * Partner with Core and Drive business units to develop go-to-market plans for new product launches * Shape customer-specific pricing and portfolio mix to increase gross margins * Identify high-potential channels and persuade senior leadership to allocate resources to develop those channels * Create channel and customer analyses to guide Sales decisions * Other duties as deemed necessary. Qualification Requirements Minimum Education:BA/BS degree preferred Minimum Work Experience:Three plus (3+) years' relevant work experience in Sales or Marketing License(s) / Certification(s): Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Understanding of pricing and customer promotions * Strong communication skills with verbal and written presentations * Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams * Analytical, strategic mindset to shape action plans * Highly resilient and persistent * Results-based with high accountability * Ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
