KPMG is currently seeking a Cash Manager to join our Finance & Accounting team.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the end-to-end daily cash processes, including cash positioning, inter-account transfers, and investment balances
  • Oversee the firm's bank account structure and actively monitor all account activity to mitigate risk and safeguard against fraud
  • Manage relationships with bank counterparties to implement best practices and utilize the latest treasury technologies
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities to reduce costs, improve the operational efficiency of cash workflows, and present findings to leadership
  • Implement AI and automation solutions within core treasury processes, evaluating the operational, risk, and compliance implications to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and strengthen internal controls for the team
  • Own and manage operational compliance for treasury processes; act as the primary point of contact for internal audits, corporate tax reviews, and regulatory inquiries, ensuring all cash management processes are fully documented and audit-ready
  • Manage the bank account architecture setup and daily cash flow activities associated with complex transactions, acquisitions, and new business initiatives to ensure compliance and mitigate operational risks
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in finance, treasury, or accounting, with a proven track record of managing daily treasury operations through use of commercial banking platforms, implementing process improvements, and proactively mitigating financial risks within a project or operational team
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting or finance is preferred; minimum high school diploma or GED is required
  • Proven experience managing Treasury data and applying analytics to solve operational problems, support liquidity risk analysis, working capital management, and long-term capital planning
  • Experience implementing automated workflows and AI-enabled solutions using Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or modern ERP systems (for example, SAP S4/HANA) while ensuring data integrity and alignment with firm governance
  • Proven experience with major commercial bank treasury platforms and advanced proficiency in data manipulation/analysis (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL) alongside desirable low-code/no-code automation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels, delegate effectively, lead high-performance teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and participate in resource planning
