Hexcel is currently seeking Acousti-Cap Fabricators for our Casa Grande, AZ, USA location. Start rate: $25.75 Per Hour during the New Hire Orientation Period - normally 90 calendar days, then increases to $28.13 Per Hour. There are multiple positions available on our "AM" and "PM" 12-hour shift schedules. Overtime is often required. New hires will be assigned to a shift based on business needs and must be able to work any of the following shifts: "T1AM" 2x2x5x5 SHIFT: Monday, Thursday, and Friday (Week 1) 7:00AM to 7:00PM; and Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Week 2) 7:00AM to 7:00PM; "T2AM" 2x2x5x5 SHIFT: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday (Week 1) 7:00AM to 7:00PM; and Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (Week 2) 7:00AM to 7:00PM; "T3PM" 2x2x5x5 SHIFT: Monday, Thursday, and Friday (Week 1) 7:00PM to 7:00AM; and Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Week 2) 7:00PM to 7:00AM; "T4PM" 2x2x5x5 SHIFT: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday (Week 1) 7:00PM to 7:00AM; and Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (Week 2) 7:00PM to 7:00AM. The "PM" shifts pay a $1.75 per hour shift premium. Note that the workday on a PM shift is designated by the day the shift ends.
