About the Role

As a Creative Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind strategic web initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from concept to launch. What You'll Do



  • Lead the end-to-end production of strategic web initiatives, delivering engaging, high-performing organic marketing pages that align with brand vision and business goals.
  • Manage complex workflows across diverse teams including SEO, development, accessibility, UX writing, design, tagging/analytics, localization, and experimentation.
  • Navigate evolving project scopes, clarify vague requirements, and adapt swiftly to changing business priorities, maintaining project momentum.
  • Leverage brand guidelines, design systems, and wireframes to ensure visual and functional excellence across all web assets.
  • Perform rigorous site audits for brand consistency, user experience, and compliance accuracy.
  • Oversee content lifecycles using Adobe DAM and ensure precise alignment across instrumentation, attribution, and analytics platforms.
  • Track all deliverables, schedules, and administrative tasks in project management software with meticulous detail, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Foster strong relationships with subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and agency partners to ensure seamless project delivery and collaboration.


Must-Have Qualifications & Skills



  • 5+ years of project management experience within a creative agency, in-house marketing team, or design studio.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, WorkFront, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Jira.
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Figma and Adobe CC.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous briefs and pivot seamlessly when scope or timelines shift.
