Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving efficiency and ensuring seamless project execution? We are seeking a talented individual to step into a pivotal role, coordinating the intricate dance of global marketing communications. In this position, you won't just manage tasks; you'll be the linchpin that ensures creative visions come to life, from initial concept to final delivery, directly contributing to the success of impactful campaigns that reach audiences worldwide. Your expertise will directly influence the speed and quality of our creative output, making a tangible difference in our global communication strategies.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and manage workflows, processes, and efficiencies for the creative studio supporting global marketing communications.
• Facilitate the smooth traffic of both print and digital projects from intake through final file release.
• Open and manage jobs within the project management tool (RoboHead), including comprehensive tracking and reporting.
• Oversee budget tracking and invoicing with meticulous precision and accuracy.
• Manage the markup of changes, ensure robust version control, and perform minor quality control of final files and regulatory submissions.
• Cultivate an excellent customer service attitude at all times, effectively representing our values.
• Develop a deep understanding of brand standards, file management, and naming protocols.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring clear communication with project and account managers.
• Calculate and finalize rate card estimates and modifiers accurately for client billing.
• Maintain and report on project databases, taking full ownership of data accuracy.
• Demonstrate a high-level understanding of the entire design/production process, from project inception through final release of files.
• Collaborate with project managers to discuss status updates, workflow, and priorities.
• Ensure strict adherence to file structure standards and naming conventions.
• Actively contribute to identifying and defining workflow best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven project management, coordination, or traffic management experience, ideally within a design studio, internal creative department, or agency environment.
• Demonstrated success managing a large volume of projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional client service skills combined with strong, diplomatic verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively within project teams.
• Experience operating under continual deadline constraints and adeptly juggling multiple quick-turn projects and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with basic MS Office computer applications and workflow management systems (e.g., RoboHead).

• An understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
