Position Title: Oven Operator
Wage: $21.00 per hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 1:30pm-12:00am (Mon-Fri) Join our team as an Oven Operator at a leading dog treat company, where you'll be essential in ensuring product quality and safety. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the production of high-quality pet treats in a vibrant food manufacturing environment. Oven Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Oversee oven equipment to ensure proper baking of dog treats. - Perform quality inspections of baked products to identify defects or inconsistencies. - Document shift results accurately and maintain detailed records of production activities. - Communicate any product defects or equipment issues to supervisors and operators. - Generate and review digital reports related to production and quality standards. - Ensure all products are packaged within validated parameters and meet safety standards. - Review batch records and equipment logbooks for accuracy and compliance. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work area per GMP standards. Oven Operator Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis during inspection and handling. - Comfortable working a 40-hour weekly schedule in a fast-paced production setting. - No prior experience needed; training will be provided on-site.
