Avantara Evergreen Park is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team at our Joint Commission-accredited skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Evergreen Park.

We are currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time LPNs for:

• PM Shift: 3:00 PM-11:30 PM

• NOC Shift: 11:00 PM-7:30 AM

• Full-Time LPNs: $5,000

• Part-Time LPNs: $2,500

• Paid in installments at 90, 180, 270, and 365 days of employment

• $37.00-$39.00 per hour
