This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to a distinctive brand's presence in the market. As a key member of the brand engagement team, you will be instrumental in enhancing visibility, fostering strong media relationships, and executing impactful earned media campaigns. Your work will directly influence how the brand connects with its audience, translating its unique personality into compelling narratives across various platforms. You'll be at the heart of dynamic campaigns, driving brand recognition and engagement in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Primary Duties



  • Execute comprehensive, strategic public relations and brand partnership programs supporting product launches, key brand initiatives, and community efforts aligned with the brand's unique identity.
  • Assist with the execution of press events, product launches, press previews, and influencer trips.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, brand partners, and media contacts, ensuring open and consistent communication.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure on-brand execution of product launches, press events, and brand initiatives.
  • Support internal press opportunities.
  • Manage agency invoices, budget tracking, inventory, and general department coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze web analytics dashboards, social reporting tools, and earned media metrics; translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Compile weekly and campaign-specific coverage reports, clipping highlights, and track Earned Media Value (EMV) metrics.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in public relations, communications, or influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrated success managing public relations campaigns for consumer-facing brands.
  • Established network in press, influencers, events, social media, and the beauty industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with sharp attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in public relations monitoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Beauty or luxury fashion experience.
  • Knowledge of the fragrance industry and competitor landscape.
