Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Plumber to serve in a leadership role for our field operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned plumbing professional who is ready to move beyond day-to-day service calls into a role that combines hands-on expertise, blueprint and plan reading, complex estimating, and team leadership. You'll be a mentor, a problem-solver, and a driver of quality and efficiency across every job site. Key Responsibilities Serve as field manager and lead point of contact on complex residential and commercial jobs Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for new construction and remodel projects Prepare and deliver detailed, professional estimates electronically using Service Titan for residential and commercial jobs Lead regular one-on-one and group training sessions to ensure the entire team stays proficient in plumbing standards, best practices, and company initiatives Oversee job site quality control, safety standards, and code compliance Coordinate scheduling, materials, and manpower across multiple active job sites Use Service Titan for dispatch, job tracking, estimates, and customer communication Troubleshoot complex diagnostic and repair issues that require advanced technical expertise Support customer relationships by communicating clearly and professionally on-site Uphold and reinforce company standards for workmanship, safety, and customer service Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a licensed plumber, with proven field leadership experience recblid dtrljuedwtq5g61y815qjdkeqjwgn7 | |
