Who Are We? What You'll do: Groundswell is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support the successful execution of a complex Intelligence Community modernization program. Reporting to the Program Manager, this individual will support day-to-day program coordination, reporting, schedule tracking, contract deliverables, and documentation activities. The PMO Analyst will work across program leadership, technical and functional teams, contracts, finance, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to collect information, maintain program artifacts, track actions and milestones, and support timely and accurate program reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced Federal environment. Key Responsibilities:

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
