Optum Onsites is hiring an independent NP or PA to pick up open shifts due to PTO, illness, continuing education, etc. at Waupaca Foundry. Occasional opportunities to fill in at Marinette Foundry will also be available. Except in the case of an illness, schedules are created 60 days in advance. Waupaca Foundry: N2610 WI-22, Waupaca, WI 54981 Mon-Thurs: 7am-6pm & Friday: 7am-3pm Marinette Foundry: 3900 Hall Ave, Marinette, WI 54143 Mon-Tues and Thurs-Fri: 7am-5pm Responsibilities include: Wellness and Preventative Physical Exams Acute care of minor illness and injuries Chronic Disease Management and Longitudinal care Minor procedures (suturing, splinting, incision/drainage, etc.) Lifestyle and well-being counseling Medical management of behavioral health conditions Required Qualifications: ANCC/AANP Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant Active DEA registration Current CPR certification 2+ years of clinical experience working as an NP or PA providing services in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, ambulatory, emergency and/or urgent care Experience seeing patients of all ages, including children and adolescents Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between Waupaca and Marinette based on business needs
