The Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit in Sanford is a 40 bed, locked unit that provides a24 hourtreatment program designed to provide care for adults ages 18-95 in acute psychiatric crisis. The multidisciplinary team treats individuals experiencing major mental illnesses and addiction related problems. The program includes voluntary and involuntary levels of care. Our team of mental health professionals plan and work together with the patient to provide psychiatric care, medical treatment, support, referral for follow-up care, and opportunities for learning and emotional growth. Additionally, we have a full-time Nurse Educator on-site foradditionalsupport and further learning opportunities forall ofour staff. Please Note:If you are currently licensed in New Hampshire, you do not need to change licensure! NH applicants are welcome to apply and work using their current license. Summary: The MH Registered Nurse - Acute Care role provides high quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. The pay range for this position is $35.61 per hour for New Grad RN's (less than 1 year of experience) The pay range for this position is $38.45 to $56.02 per hour for Nurses with greater than 1 year of experience (based on experience). Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
