Overview GKG is seeking a Senior Instructor to join our team to guide our customer DHS in training. As a GKG Retirements and Benefits instructor, the employee shall update all training materials and deliver instructor-led pre-retirement virtual seminars for ICE employees. The virtual seminars will be held between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST. The contractor may adjust instruction time based on agency need. To achieve maximum learning, virtual seminars will be conducted in groups of up to 50 employees. Virtual seminars will be scheduled in collaboration with the employee. The employee will be paired with PMO support resources to manage logistics, contract requirements and customer engagement. Responsibilities The seminars will focus on Mid-Career and Late-Career Retirement Planning for Employees. The final content of the virtual pre-retirement seminars will be determined by the client, but will include some or all of the following key topics:
