Clerk Accounts Payable

Position is 100% onsite. Must be authorized to work inthe United States without sponsorship.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Match invoices to receivers/packing lists/ prices.
• Key vendor invoices into ERP system.
• Check and research credit memos.
• Match invoices to receivers/packing lists/prices.
• Process expense reports and driver invoices.
• Research questionable invoices and obtain approvals.
• Prepare weekly ACH and check payments.
• Answer vendor questions.
• Maintain vendor files.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Qualifications/Training:

• Must be able to effectively operate Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Prior experience at a manufacturing company is beneficial
• Ten-key by touch
• Prior ERP experience preferred.

• Ability to independently.
• Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Excellent organizational and management skills with a strong attention to detail.

EXPERIENCE:

2-5 years of accounting experience preferred.

Personal Protective Equipment recommended and/or required on production floor:

• Safety glasses.

• Earplugs.

• Closed toe shoes
