Job Title: Account Manager - Technical Education
Location: Cary, NC
Employment Type: Temp (6 Months)
Contract Duration
  • Initially approved for 6 months.
  • Strong possibility of extension.
  • Project is expected to last approximately 12 to 18 months.

Compensation: $31.25-$33.65/hour
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week 1 st Shift
8:00 am - 5:00 pm

What You'll Do:
  • Manage assigned accounts throughout the customer engagement lifecycle and act as the primary contact for technical education projects.
  • Partner with Regional Service Managers to identify training gaps and develop account-specific engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate engineer enrollment in instructor-led, virtual, and web-based training programs while monitoring registration progress.
  • Execute customer communication plans, provide training guidance, and maintain regular updates on schedules, prerequisites, and compliance requirements.
  • Document customer interactions, project updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful program outcomes.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or 5 years' in the related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer relationship management, or stakeholder management.
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination or project management
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, training coordination, vendor management, operations, or process improvement is considered similar.

  • Diagnostic imaging and therapy experience
  • SAP experience
  • Understanding of the healthcare education marketplace
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with customers at multiple organizational levels
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, transactions, and priorities effectively
  • Detailoriented, processdriven, and customerfocused with strong ownership and accountability
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Travel possible 25%
    • Posted as up to 25% travel, but actual travel is expected to be significantly less.
    • Any travel would be within the United States.
    • Travel expenses are reimbursed.
