What We Are Looking For



  • Valid Class A CDL with a safe driving record
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicle inspection requirements, and transportation safety standards
  • Experience operating tractor-trailers, including manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with field teams, dispatch personnel, and project stakeholders
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, project demands, and delivery priorities
  • Construction industry transportation experience preferred
  • Valid medical examiner's certificate


What You'll Do

As a CDL Semi Driver with Findorff, you'll play a critical role in supporting construction operations by safely transporting materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites. Your work helps ensure projects stay on schedule, teams have the resources they need, and operations run efficiently across multiple locations. You'll be a trusted partner to field teams, representing Findorff's commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality every day.



  • Deliver Safely and Reliably: Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport materials and equipment while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and industry safety standards.
  • Maintain Equipment Readiness: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, identify maintenance needs, and help ensure vehicles and equipment remain safe and operational.
  • Manage Cargo Transportation: Load, secure, transport, and unload materials and equipment safely while protecting company assets and meeting project schedules.
  • Support Project Operations: Coordinate with dispatch, project teams, and jobsite personnel to ensure timely deliveries and respond effectively to changing project needs.
  • Maintain Compliance and Documentation: Accurately complete required logs, mileage reports, fuel records, and delivery documentation while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Represent Findorff's Safety Culture: Demonstrate a proactive safety mindset, promote safe transportation practices, and contribute to a culture of accountability and teamwork.
