Emergency Response: Yes - Must be available to perform a primary assignment in support of DTE's emergency response to storms or other events that impact service to our customers. Job Summary
Supervises employees in day-to-day work activities for area(s) of responsibility in Corporate Services operation groups of Facilities, Fleet or Supply Chain. Leads a team of personnel responsible for safe, timely, cost-efficient, and quality service of equipment, materials/supplies, systems and activities for the maintenance and operations of building systems, fleet assets or warehousing functions at company facilities. Develops and maintains an environment that embraces the Core Values and encourages responsiveness to a changing business environment. Span of control: 10 - 25 direct reports (represented, non-represented, and/or contractors) across multiple shifts and company locations. Key Accountabilities
Facility Operations: Responsible for facility management and maintenance supervision of grounds, structures, building equipment, client services and code compliance of facilities. Oversees asset preservation to repair and service structures and equipment. Fleet Operations: Responsible for operations of company vehicle fleet and equipment, including maintenance, repair and service. Participates in the specifications for new vehicles and deployment into the Fleet. Ensures execution and adherence to ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System. Warehouse: Oversees warehouse operations managing procurement and inventory strategy, materials management, supplier coordination, disposition of assets and administration of supplier relations. Responsible for logistics support of materials utilized, harnessing supplier resources of products or services. Tracks work kits for internal and contractor sites. Ensures 24/7 coverage across warehouses. Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
