Position Summary Position Summary and Responsibilities Overview The Maintenance Intern supports maintenance activities within a manufacturing or industrial environment. This role provides practical exposure to preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, basic mechanical and electrical tasks, documentation, 5S, and safety practices. The intern will work under the direction of experienced maintenance, engineering, and operations personnel to help maintain equipment reliability, improve workplace organization, and support safe, efficient production. Role Summary The Maintenance Intern assists with day-to-day maintenance support for production equipment, facility systems, and related manufacturing assets. The role is designed for an individual pursuing technical education or hands-on industrial experience who is interested in learning maintenance fundamentals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The intern will support routine inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, minor repairs, parts organization, equipment documentation, and continuous improvement activities while following established safety procedures and company standards.
