Requisition ID# 173546 Job Category: Project / Program Management Job Level: Manager/Principal Business Unit: Energy Delivery Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Oakland Department Overview The Enterprise Project Governance (EPG) department provides enterprise leadership for project governance, project management standards, and portfolio performance reporting across PG&E's capital investment portfolio. EPG oversees executive-level governance for major projects and strategic programs, develops enterprise project management standards and governance frameworks, and delivers reporting and insights to support decision-making by governance committees, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors.Through its Governance, Standards, and Reporting functions, EPG promotes consistent, risk-based project delivery practices, strengthens accountability and transparency, and helps ensure that PG&E's capital investments are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with strategic business objectives. The EPG Standards Team is responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise-wide project and program management framework that governs how PG&E plans, develops, authorizes, executes, and closes capital projects and programs. The EPG Standards Team develops, publishes, and maintains companywide project and program management standards, procedures, governance models, tools, and guidance documents that promote consistent, risk-based, and scalable project delivery practices across the enterprise, in collaboration with tactical and strategic committees. Position Summary This position is a key role in moving EPG Standards and Controls forward. The objective is to help drive improvement in project governance, planning, and execution across the company by measuring adherence to Enterprise Project and Program Management Standards through a repetitive and consistent process. The nature of the work requires a high attention to detail, ability to follow up and resolve issues with cross-functional contributors, and an understanding of project management metrics and key performance indicators. The position has broad exposure to largest projects or programs and business issues across PG&E. The role also provides the opportunity to support the implementation of practical best practice standards and tools. Disclosure: PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of thejob posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. Pay Range:
