Role Overview We are seeking a senior Regional Sales Leader to lead and scale a high-performing team of Client Executives. This role is responsible for executing Unisys' growth strategy at a regional level, driving profitable revenue growth, new business acquisition, and expansion within key strategic accounts. You will lead a team of 12 direct reports, partnering closely with executive leadership, solutioning, and delivery teams to build a strong pipeline and close complex, high-value deals. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Client Executives, ensuring consistent delivery against revenue, pipeline, and growth targets Own and deliver regional sales strategy, aligned to Unisys' global growth objectives Set, track, and optimise annual quotas, KPIs, and performance metrics Drive pipeline creation and new logo acquisition, alongside expansion within existing strategic accounts Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute go-to-market strategies for priority sectors and offerings Champion a compelling Unisys value proposition, integrating digital workplace, cloud, AI, and mainframe capabilities Build and maintain C-suite relationships, influencing complex buying decisions through thought leadership and outcome-led conversations Lead teams in identifying client challenges and defining transformational roadmaps and business solutions Collaborate with solution, delivery, and technology teams to ensure readiness to scale and win complex deals Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, including variance analysis and strategic adjustments Monitor competitive landscape and market trends, adapting strategy to maintain differentiation and growth You will be successful in this role if you have: Proven track record inenterprise technology sales leadership, with 12+ years' experience 8+ years leading high-performing sales teams, ideally across multiple geographies or large regions Experience managinglarge, complex deals and multi-million-dollar pipelines Strong background inmanaged services, digital workplace, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise platforms Exposure to or understanding of mainframe environments and modernisation strategies Strong grasp ofAI-driven solutions and their application in enterprise transformation Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage atC-suite level Highly commercial, with strongforecasting, negotiation, and deal-shaping capabilities Fluent inEnglish (written and verbal); Mandarin highly desirable Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience Postgraduate / MBA preferred #LI-PJ1 Unisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, parental status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, veteran status or any other category protected by law.
