THE TEAM The AECG - Embedded Team builds and optimizes platforms for embedded and commercial applications, working across silicon, firmware, and software to deliver reliable, highperformance solutions at scale. THE ROLE: In this high-impact role, you will lead third-party IP licensing, business operations, strategic vendor partnerships, financial planning, and cross-functional program execution supporting advanced semiconductor product development. You will work closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to drive technology investments, manage commercial engagements, and ensure successful execution of strategic supplier and IP initiatives. You will serve as a key liaison between technical and business organizations, providing leadership across licensing strategy, financial planning, contract management, vendor governance, operational excellence, and long-range planning while helping enable successful delivery of critical technology programs. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with business and financial acumen and thrives in highly cross-functional environments. You are a strategic thinker who can quickly understand complex technical and commercial issues, drive alignment among diverse stakeholders, and translate business objectives into executable plans. You possess exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and are comfortable operating across Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, Product Management, and external supplier organizations. You are an effective communicator who can influence decisions, manage competing priorities, and successfully drive initiatives from concept through execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
