Position Overview The Fraud Support Analyst provides inbound and outbound fraud support through ticket creation, ticket management, and customer communications. This role assesses, evaluates, and makes decisions on transactional alerts for potential fraud. The analyst also supports clients experiencing issues with retail banking applications and serves as a liaison between customers, fraud operations teams, and internal business units. The team handles customer interactions through approved channels including phone, email, and web portals, documenting all activity while researching and resolving issues or escalating as needed. Key Responsibilities * Review and assess transactional alerts for potential fraud. * Create, manage, and document fraud-related tickets. * Provide inbound and outbound customer support through phone, email, and web-based channels. * Troubleshoot issues related to online banking applications and digital banking services. * Research customer inquiries and account activity to determine appropriate resolution or escalation. * Utilize operational runbooks and knowledge articles to support decision-making and issue resolution. * Partner with fraud operations teams, internal business units, and customers to resolve fraud-related concerns. * Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and investigative findings. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
