Think Bank has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Banker at our Shoppes on Maine Branch. In this role, you will work alongside a team of collaborative colleagues in a welcoming environment centered on exceptional customer service and teamwork.

As a Lead Banker, you will serve as a key resource for Banker and Teller staff, providing guidance on operational processes, customer service best practices, and day-to-day branch activities. Partnering closely with the Branch Manager, you will help ensure operational excellence, coach team members through customer interactions, and provide timely feedback to support both employee development and customer satisfaction.

You will play an important role in helping customers make informed financial decisions by answering questions, processing transactions, opening new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and collaborating with branch team members and business line partners to deliver a seamless banking experience and recommend solutions that best meet each customer's individual financial needs.

Additional Responsibilities:



  • Actively engage in conversation with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Continually communicate with branch staff to create a collaborative environment and ensure an outstanding, seamless experience for the customers
  • Follow up with customers, as appropriate, to be sure their needs are met and their experience is exemplary
  • Assist in the coordination of scheduling and training of Banker and Teller staff
  • Ensure the safety and soundness of our organization by following policies and procedures


Education and Experience Requirements:



  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year of experience in banking or financial services
