Maintenance Supervisor

The Uxbridge Housing Authority is seeking an experienced full time Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor to perform routine and diversified work involving repairs to and maintenance of buildings and grounds. Must be a self-starter and detail oriented. This work requires basis skills found in a variety of trade classifications, such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, masonry, painting, janitorial, groundskeeping. Manages and supervises the maintenance staff. Maintains relationships with suppliers, vendors and professionals servicing the Housing Authority. Must be available to be on-call. Must have a valid driver's license. CORI check is required.

Note: This description is not intended to be all inclusive, and may be amended to meet the needs of the property maintenance for the Housing Authority. This position includes paid vacation and sick leave, benefits and retirement.
