Position Summary Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Acquisition Program Specialist who is ready to dive into hands-on program support across the full defense acquisition lifecycle. In this role, you'll work sidebyside with program and financial managers to shape smart acquisition strategies, strengthen program plans, and ensure contracting and sourceselection activities hit the mark with federal acquisition guidance. You'll play a key role in driving disciplined execution for USAF weapons programs supporting planning, budgeting, risk management, configuration control, and highvalue decision support that directly contributes to the warfighter. This role is located onsite at Eglin AFB, FL. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to:
Develop and manage program plans including risk management processes and practical courses of action that streamline operations and drive schedule, cost, and performance outcomes.
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Secret Clearance with ability to obtain interim TS (may delay onboarding) Education/Years of Experience: Associates degree and 15 years relevant experience (RE); OR Bachelors degree and 10 years RE; OR Masters degree and 7 years RE Preferred Qualifications Clearance: TS/SCI Education/Years of Experience: Masters degree and years of experience: + 7 years RE Certifications: APDP Program Management Practitioner (Level III) or PMP Technical Skills
