Civil Site Development Project Manager (PE)

Lead the site projects that shape New York communities, from first concept to municipal approval to construction. Join Creighton Manning, a GAI Consultants company, as a client-facing Project Manager leading land development and infrastructure work.

Your Projects Guide site development projects from start to finish, including site layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater design, and represent clients before municipal land-use boards. You will lead your own projects and team, with room to grow your client base and leadership role.

What You Will Do

• Manage clients, schedules, staff, subconsultants, and QA/QC
• Navigate zoning, SEQRA, and state and federal permitting
• Prepare proposal scopes and fees, invoices, and budgets
• Mentor and supervise engineers and technicians
• Support occasional field visits and construction phase services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (ABET accredited)
• New York State PE license
• 7+ years of similar experience
• Knowledge of excavation, pavement, and utility construction methods
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Hydrologic and hydraulic stormwater modeling
• LEED, CPESC, or CPSWQ certification

Pay Albany: $45 to $60 per hour White Plains: $49 to $72 per hour Based on experience.
