This position is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for Lee Health - Home Health Services. These responsibilities include overseeing the financials, operations, staffing and compliance with all regulatory and accreditation bodies.

The system director/administrator is responsible for strategic development and growing revenue by adding and expanding applicable programs as well as optimizing reimbursement. He/she interfaces with the medical staff and establishes strategic relationships where feasible. Maintains liaison activities with the health systems appropriate managers, departments and Board of Directors.

Education: BS or BA degree required; Masters preferred.

Experience: 5 to 8 years Home Health Management preferred.

License: State of Florida Licensed Physician or State of Florida Licensed Registered Nurse or Holds an undergraduate degree. Valid Florida drivers license within 30 days of employment; reliable means of transportation & current automobile insurance.

Other: National Executive Home Care Certification a plus. Demonstrated ability to grow and enhance the revenue cycle. Strong emphasis in strategic and operational planning with the ability to develop key relationships within an integrated health care network.
