*Fulfillment Analyst * Portland, OR

We're looking for a Fulfillment Analyst to play a critical role in maximizing inventory utilization, improving customer order fulfillment, and supporting strategic business decisions across global operations. In this role, you'll collaborate with Sales, Planning, Account Operations, Distribution Centers, and Supply Chain teams to ensure products reach customers efficiently while balancing inventory, profitability, and service goals. What You'll Do Inventory Allocation & Order Fulfillment * Execute and manage corporate inventory allocation rules to maximize customer fulfillment and inventory utilization. * Monitor allocation exceptions and manage override processes in accordance with company policies. * Analyze available-to-promise (ATP) results and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders. * Partner with Sales, Planning, Account Operations, and Distribution teams to improve shipping execution and customer service outcomes. Business Analysis & Decision Support * Analyze order management performance metrics. * Develop reporting, dashboards, and trend analyses that provide visibility into order book performance. * Make recommendations that improve customer coverage, profitability, and inventory management. * Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Serve as a trusted business partner to Sales Representatives, Account Service Representatives, Planning teams, and Sales Leadership. * Communicate the "why" behind allocation decisions and inventory outcomes. * Facilitate communication between Distribution Centers and business teams regarding order flow and allocation impacts. * Collaborate with regional Customer Operations teams to share best practices and improve global processes. Continuous Improvement * Create innovative solutions to complex supply chain and order management challenges. * Evaluate process improvements and assess impacts across upstream and downstream business functions. * Support quarterly shipping execution planning and operational readiness activities. * Contribute to projects that drive efficiency, accuracy, and enhanced customer satisfaction. What Makes You Successful We're looking for someone who is: * Highly analytical and detail-oriented * Comfortable working with large data sets and interpreting trends * A strong communicator who can translate complex information into actionable business insights * Organized and capable of balancing multiple priorities and deadlines * An independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment * Collaborative and relationship-focused when working across teams and regions * Adaptable and solutions-oriented when facing competing priorities Qualifications Required * 2-4 years of professional experience in, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, Customer Operations, or Business Analytics * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred * SAP experience * Power BI experience * Apparel, Footwear, Consumer Products, or Retail industry experience * Experience working in global or international business environments * Familiarity with demand and supply planning systems * Experience collaborating across different cultures and business regions #westpriority26 *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
