As a Security Officer Entry Control in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, helping manage entry activity, monitor assigned areas, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific access control procedures, badge and credential checks, and other security-related policies for a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points for personnel, vehicles, and/or deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting unusual activity according to site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and/or delivery records, verify identification and shipping documentation as required, and communicate access-related information to appropriate staff.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around designated areas, including the business perimeter, gates, docks, and/or parking areas, with working conditions that may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
