Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Quality Assurance Specialist to support quality and compliance initiatives within a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role is responsible for reviewing work outputs, ensuring adherence to established standards, and driving continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and thrives in a collaborative setting while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities * Conduct quality reviews of case work, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client standards * Identify trends, errors, and process gaps; recommend and implement corrective actions * Monitor production metrics and turnaround times to ensure service level expectations are met * Ensure adherence to federal, state, and regulatory requirements * Maintain detailed quality assurance records, audit logs, and reporting documentation * Investigate quality issues and partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies * Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance and quality outcomes * Assist with onboarding and training new team members on quality standards and processes * Support documentation preparation for audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance initiatives * Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and stakeholders to enhance quality processes Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in an administrative healthcare position (Patient access, insurance verification, medical assistant, etc.) * Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Experience working with data tracking, reporting, or audit processes * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools Preferred Qualifications * Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments * Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements * Experience reviewing case files, audits, or documentation workflows Hours 8:00am-4:30pm CST Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
