Key Responsibilities:



  • Facilitate policy-focused discussions between MISO and stakeholders on energy industry matters.
  • Plan and manage the annual meeting schedule for various functional groups.
  • Support agenda development, material reviews, and process guidance for external entity leadership and MISO liaisons.
  • Advise MISO staff on stakeholder engagement strategies and issue resolution.
  • Manage meeting logistics, ensuring timely posting of materials and seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain issue tracking tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
  • Communicate and coordinate across MISO departments to ensure effective issue tracking and resolution.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience to both internal and external stakeholders.


What we are looking for...



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, Political Science, or a related field (or 4 years of relevant experience).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • AI tool experience preferred
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, meeting facilitation, and governance structures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in parliamentary procedures and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Familiarity with the energy industry is a plus.


Appropriate level will be determined upon offer.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000-$87,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
