Job Overview: RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Clinical Manager for our Heart Transplant Center at our Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital New Brunswick campus. RWJBarnabas Health's Advanced Heart Failure, Transplant, MCS &LVAD program is rapidly growing and we are looking for an experienced Clinical Manager to join our dynamic team at our system's premier flagship academic medical center and foremost quaternary care facility, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital New Brunswick (RWJUH New Brunswick). In collaboration with the Advanced Heart Failure Division management team, the Clinical Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all clinical and administrative operations related to patient evaluation, care, and management, including supervision of medical personnel. Your efforts will ensure continuity of care, uphold quality standards, and enhance patient satisfaction. The Clinical Manager will also contribute to the overall growth and enhancement of our programs.
